As the executive chef at Garden Island Lodge on Lady Evelyn Lake, food has been my life's passion for more than 20 years. During the winter season around Sauble Beach, Bay & Board Catering allows me to express this craft and introduce signature dishes and unique ingredients from select local providers that are otherwise hard to find locally.
